At Kootenay Swim Club we try to offer our families as many options as possible to meet their fundraising commitments. The following are options to choose from and as more come available, you will see them added here. Addition resources, such as forms for certain fundraisers, can be found under the "For Parents and Officials" tab.

1. Sponsorship Fundraiser – Please download letter, edit with the business of your choice, and ask a local business for support! 50% of each donation will go towards the annual fundraising goal for the sponsored swimmer. Letter to be uploaded soon!
2. Flipgive – Follow this link to join our team and work towards your fundraising goal just by making purchases online to some of your favorite vendors! Flipgive
3. TruEarth – Follow and share this link to order directly from TruEarth for amazing cleaning products (I love the all-purpose cleaner for bathrooms and floors as well as the dryer balls!) TruEarth When you order a product, 20% of the total sales value will go to the organization you are supporting. You can feel good knowing you are helping your organization, and purchasing products that help save the environment. For tracking purposes, please email the club to ensure your swimmer received credit for their orders. If you have a family member or friend making the order, include that information!
4. FundScrip – Follow and share this link to order gift cards or ecards from some of your favorite vendors! FundScrip Encourage supporters of your campaign to pay for their everyday expenses & gifts with gift cards bought from FundScrip. Each purchase automatically includes a donation to the campaign. The supporter isn't out of pocket, and they shop where they would normally shop. Remember to set up EFT or pay via online banking bill payment in order to maximize return! There is a small postage fee and maximum order of $500 for direct shipping.
5. Epicure – Weeknight Collection Fundraiser.  I can submit 3-4 orders over the season. For each weeknight collection sold ($25), $10 goes towards the fundraiser.  Please include your swimmer’s first and last name in the comment to ensure Fundraiser credit is applied correctly. Steph will submit the order to Epicure on October 28^th and the packages will arrive within 2 weeks. Steph will distribute order to swimmers when they arrive. (eg. If you want 10 weekday collections, e-transfer $250 and you will have earned $100 towards your fundraising goal for the season.) More details to come for the new season!
6. Grocery Gift Cards - we sell these cards in $100 denominations from Save On Foods and Safeway. $8 of every $100 card goes towards your fundraising goal. You can arrange pick up these cards by contacting Kristina.
7. Georama Poinsettias - Please download form to submit your order. Order form will be available soon! Families are credited the difference between the wholesale price and retail price towards their fundraising account.
8. Bottle Recycling at the Nelson Depot - Take your bottles in and when you check out, let them you'd like your total on the Kootenay Swim Club's account. Please get a receipt and hand that in to Kristina to receive credit for the amount towards your fundraising goal.
9. Passport to the Kootenays - These coupon books are available for pre-order now until Nov 1st, 2024. $10 from each book goes towards your swimmers fundraising account.
